Production zone:

Winemaking:

De-stalking followed by soft pressing of the grapes. Temperature controlled steel tanks at 25-29 ° C.
Fermentation last 8-10 days with daily periodic pump overs.
Rest 3 months in temperature controlled steel tanks before bottling.

Organoleptic description:
Colour: Red Ruby intense and inviting.
Aroma: Characteristic hints of cherry almond followed by subtle nuances of officinal herbs.
Taste: Soft, dry, well balanced with a sensation of cherries and plumb.
Serve at: 15-16° C.
Pairing: Pasta and seasonal soups, ham, sausages, fresh cheese and pizza. Serve at 15-16° C.
