Goes well with aperitifs, antipasti, fish dishes and fresh cheese. Serving temperature 10°/12°C.

Production
Harvest time within September 15 and October 15. Vinified in rosé, then takes place the malolactic fermentation. Remains in stainless steel for a period of 6 months until bottling.
