Taste: fragrant, dry, elegant, well balanced and harmonic.

Pairing: red meats, grilled and games.

To serve: 18°/20° C

Winemaking:
Harvest strictly hand picked in the first ten days of September. Vinification left to ferment at a controlled temperature with maceration on the skins for 6/8 days.
